Rear bumper trim - RS

As above, how do i remove the black piece of trim in the back bumper? want to spray it black so it dont go bladdy grey every time i wash the car!

Im guessing its just clipped on and you pull it off but would rather ask than break it! :nono:

to remove it properly i.e with out breaking it i think you have to take the bumper off
have a look in the guides section as there a guide to removing it etc

no, pop it out with a knife in a tea towel, works a treat
