mine is always on, or at least the light on the dash is always on for it, ( even when i unplug the switch ) it used to go on and off when i went over bumps, but its on all the time now, any one else had similar?

Did you get to the bottom of this? I'm experiencing the same thing on my 172 cup.

Faulty switch maby? Grab another from a scrappers to rule that out first as prob cheapest option
