rear fogs problem

everytime i turn my rear fogs on the fuse blows out?
i recently converted my rear lights from ph1 to ph2
is this a loose wire or some other wire touching the rear fog wiring?

When u say u changed them over do you mean u just took the old ones out and pit the PH2 ones on????

I'm sure you have to re-wire them????

i've also changed the indicator stalk from ph1 to ph2 (with front fog switch)
