Rear head rests? 182.... I know this is a stupid ques...

but, had a quick try and lifting the rear head rests up a bit and locking them in place.. but I cant work out how to lock them, and they just slide back down again..lol (I have seen the little clip on the base of the sliding metal rods, but do the push in? as they dont seem to for some reason.
