Never tried to remove bonded windows before and it's hard work. I bought the Sealey Windscreen removal tool and it was terrible so I've now ordered some of the cheesewire. Anyone done this and have any tips? the whole rubber trim (bonded to glass and also the 'seat' bonded to the car) needs to come out as the 'seat' is knackered.
Once I've got them out I will make a template up and cut some new windows from lexan.
