Rear suspension fitting query (pics)

Have fitted mark fish lowering springs and koni rear dampers to my clio trophy and its quite crashy from the rear as if its bottoming out.Have played about with the damping level and even on soft its still there.heres pics i took of piecing up the rear dampers.is this right ? Cant think to why its doing this problem

3rd pic down is that a coating of oil or is it the o ring in the following few pictures?

Its the O ring in the pics.

they are only -20mm springs so shouldnt be doing that on any setting on the konis.

Want to get the wheel alignment done but want this fixed 1st.totally baffled
