REAR VIEW MIRROR

I've managed to detach 2 rear view mirrors from there balls (?) to swap them over and also smashed one windscreen trying to get the glass part back onto the ball.

Any help please cause I've fcuked this right up.

The part stuck to the windscreen slides off downwards I think then you can put it back together as a hole mirror

thanks mate, but it slides on downwards, the rain sensor is blocking me.
managed to get one mirror back on the ball and reattached it by prying the rain sensor off the windscreen, the other rain sensor I can't shift, that's the one with the broken screen so will get re-attached when they do that I guess.
