Recaro Subframes and Pole Postions.

I am looking at getting a passenger Recaro PP and would like it on sliders.

No I never did get a defiantive answer.

However I have since found out that Recaro now make a adjustable sliding adaptor subframe. Demon tweaks stock them,shame they're £300!

I've sent a message over to a couple of seat vendors for their thoughts.

Would it not be worth welding in seat tubes? I use the pole positions and recaro side mounts along with the recaro universal sliders.

Afraid not but I could take some. You just remove the original seat mounts and weld in the seat rail kit. They're about £40 per seat kit from Tweeks. You can mount your seat as low as you like then. I think James (BIGASH) runs the same tubes in his car as well, so you could have a look in his project thread.

I asked this question a long time ago thinking the answer would be simple...it wasn't. I don't really fancy welding in seat rails on this car.
