Recaro's Vs. Cup Packs

What would you rather have and why?

Currently looking at an RB with Recaro's but no cup packs, just looking for peoples opinions.

RECAROS!!!

You can a get stiffer suspension setup etc for a lot less that a pir of recaro's aftermarket. (Plus I quite like the standard suspension...)

That's my opinion anyway

will vary , depends on yourself what you prefer to have , as you can always change your supsension set up later

Not arsed about the suspension, but silver 182 wheels are not nice IMO.

Can't make up my mind if I want to buy an RS now, or wait a year till insurance is cheaper.

Part of Fife are you from?

  LY V6 with Recaros
I'd rather have cup packs and no recaros than recaros but no cup packs, but I had to have both in the end!

greedy ;)

I'd go with the cup backs too, then get after markets seats later on if I wanted. Recaro's can be bought for sub 1k.

Depends if you would mod the car in the future.

As above for me. If I can't find anything to replace mine I am going to bite the bullet and Recaro it up.

Some on here paid around the £800 mark for their trendlines all in. There are also a whole load of other aftermarket seats out there too.

I'd get the Recaros. If we're honest, in day to day driving the Cup suspension makes no noticeable difference - and park two next too each other, one with, one without - the ride height difference is negligable as well to be fair. You can always add spoilers, paint the wheels and deck it on coilovers anyway - which you might want to do in the future regardless to get a really nice ride height etc.

Although the basic Cobra misano's would be a fair bit cheaper than a set of Recaro's. And they're f'kin gorgeous...
