Red engine coolant?

Does anyone know if i can get red engine coolant for my valver and where from? I am fitting a nice new header tank thsi week and want to colout code it with my rocker cover!

yes, red anti-freeze is freely available. Just make sure you flush the system very thoroughly if it's had blue in there as you will get gelation because they dont mix, and you'll end up with a slimy header tank

Cheers dude, i will make sure i do (or get my mechanic to lol) is there any special type i need? Im sure i read somewhere it matters which one you use!

only matters for the reasons I said in extreme circumstances you might get internal blockages in the engine or rad

Get 5litres and mix it with water, that will give you plenty, dont forget to open the bleed screw when pouring it back in.
