So ive finally been able to do some work on my own car, spent a few hours refurbing my rear calipers as they looked so rusty and nasty compared to the fronts. Might be useful to someone, so heres what i did for a lasting finish, good for ~150c+, which will be fine for the rears. Pretty pleased with them overall, shame there a sh*te rough casting but hey!
1. Sandblast to bare metal
2. Mask off bolt holes, you dont want your bolts falling out or coming loose due to the paint!
3. Metal Etch Primer & Rust Stopper
4. 2K Black Primer
5. 2K White (For lettering), where you want decal.
6. Mask Decal (many thanks to n2Grafix as normal!)
7. 2K Black all over
8. Remove Decal, leaving white writing
9. 2K H/S Clear Coat
10. Remove maskings and fit once dry!
