Refused insurance

currently with Norwich Union but decided to try and chance the 182s insurance when my renewal comes up and go to royal & sunalliance (my employers so i could get staff discount........f**kers knocked me back! say you have to be 30 for them to insure a 182 with them..arse bandits....so renewed policy with egg for £499.80 with protected no claims and £150 excess

Noticed you have protected no claims so you probs got over 4 years no claims anyway, nevermind. I want a 182 and im 21 with 1 years NC and the lowest ive got is £3000! Super!

churchill are the same, wont do a 172/182 till your 30.

God thats good - might have to look into that...Im paying about £864 with Privilege and £300 excess. I have to park on-street though, which is why its a lot

i found that to get insurance with most insurance companies on a V6 i had to be over 25, so it seems stupid that insurance companies would insist your over 30 to insure a 182. 499 on a 182 thats one hell of a good deal

I just checked with Egg online, and it would still be nearly £900...I WANT A GARAGE.

i got quoted 960.00 fc on a 172 worth 7k (grp 16)
and 930.00 fc on a cup worth 8.5k (grp 16)

and then £810.00 fc on a fiat coupe 20v turbo !! (still worth 7k, grp 19)
guess whose not getting another clio !!

Get a Nissan 350Z.. I got a quote of £1300 Fully comp.... with elephant.

been quoted £550 with clio sport members insurance, 29 years old,

9 years no claims protected, 1 theft claim and 1 non fault accident, drive way.

Mate of mines got Focus RS 28 years old, 6 points for driving with out due care, been banned 3 times in 10 years , 2 years NCD £880
