Reinstalling BB Foreign languages

Anyone know how to reinstall foreign languages onto a Bold 9700?

User at work had them on his old Bold 9700 but he has got a new which doesn't seem to have any language installed other than English.

Old handset is v4, new handset is v5, should it make any difference?
