This is just up the road from me.

What do people reckon it would cost to restore it?

I'd do all the body work prep myself so I'm trying to get a few opinions on what you think it would cost to rebuild the engine and fit it, a bit of welding underneath and a full repray.

Apparently they go for around £8000 when restored.

When I'm a bit better of financially I will definitely get myself a full Trotter spec one.

I just can't risk spending 2 grand and then having a few grand on top to shell out.

It seems there's a bit of money to be had renting them out for various things, stag do's and events etc.

I used to work for a Reliant Dealership:flushed:, very simple things to work on but access is a bit fiddly on somethings,
Most parts are still available off the shelf, offer £1500 and get it put away until you have the time to do it up.
