Removal of interior trim panels 172

Had a little search around on here but no luck finding what I need so apologies if this has already been covered!

I just want to know how you go about removing the trim panels I.E. the silver trim bits between the airbag and glovebox etc.

I'm guessing they just un-clip? But don't wanna try it cos knowing my luck I'll snap something!

use a screw driver and something to cover the end of it and lever it off its really simple to do mate

Spoons are good for messing around with trims. Always worked for me! Much softer edges

I normally just pop them off with my fingers.
​although they are held secure, it won't take much leverage to pop them off.
