Removal of Roof Gutters?

Hi guys,

For some unknown reason, my car has developed a rattle in the perfect place to annoy me whilst driving.
The drivers side roof gutter (thing) not sure what to call it!
Anyhows..

Anybody know how to remove them?

Am I correct in guessing that I have to take the plastics around the window off?

Its not a subtle rattle either, its verrrrry loud, but quietens down when you put pressure on the roof gutter.

Any ideas?

Do you mean the channels on the roof on both sides that run from the drivers door back to the spoiler?

If so they are held on by a clip that needs to be replaced before refitting. They are removed by prisinf them off from the outside. I mean to replace mine as the rubber seal has split below the plastic body part.
