removal of standard radio player

Got a problem, any idea on how to get the standed radio player out of my car without unlocking keys. all ideas are welcome i desperate need of a new system but shop is going to change any thing from £20-30 for the removal.

£4.50 for the locking pins from Halfrauds. Shockingly expensive for 2 bits of bent metal, but it will sort you out.

cheers guys did manage to solve problem in end by using makeshift unlocking keys (use one of them old metal coat hangers cut into 4 bits, place into 4 corner together)

i had this problem other day...used 4 nails popped right out....then realised as it was a renault Casette an i wanted to put a CD player in it wud all need re-wiring....so back to the casstee and Ipod again :(

yeh mines tape deck never thought about all this re-wiring to put cd player in, is it a big job or can it be done ourselfs. New to this

You should be able to buy an ISO adapter that you plug in to your wiring loom and then plug the other end of the adapter in to the back of the CD player.

Quite easy to do but a pain to stuff all the wires behind the stereo and cram them all in.
