Removal of valve stem oil seal on a Clio 172 advice needed please.

  A5 Cab,MCS, GTC Sri
Hi all I am getting on pretty well with my engine strip down and refresh lots of nice new parts on order. I just wondered if any one could advise me the best way to remove the valve stem oil seals just want to make sure there's not a tried and tested method before I set about it my way and possibly damage a valve guide or something else. I have the head stripped bare with the exception of the valve stem oil seals they just appear a little out of the way for getting into. Thanks in advance for any advice that anyone can give me.

Cheers : Mike

Turns out I was just not trying hard enough just twisted them round with the pliers to free them off and then just lifted them out for some reason the inlet valve stem seals where a little tighter than the exhaust ones.
