removing 03 clio splitter?

Im trying to change my splitter however, ive taken a look under the car and have absolutely no idea how to take it off! no advice in the haynes manual either. anyone got any suggestions?

I think they are stapled in with big ass staples. so wipe the underside of the splitter and you should be able to see it.

i couldnt see any earlier its more like its clipped on but not sure

also should state its an 04 not 03

IIRC on my PH1 non sport that just had huge staplers on it! just plier them off
