Removing 172 front seats

Ive just taken the rubber covers of from underneath chassis.

what tool do i need to remove them ?

i cant quite see into the hole !

can anyone advise what i need and how to do it ?

13mm socket iirc easy as.

as above 13mm deep socket will be fine

took the two on the outside out and unbolted, is there two roughly in the centre of the floor, cant see any covers to remove ?

it would be so much easier on ramps !

There are no covers on the others. There are circular holes in the exhaust heat shield, the nuts are found up them.

found them now with the jack.hiding well

how do i disconnect the seat connector the black and red one ?

they all just un-clip then pull the seats our job done


what seats are you putting in ? buckets i hope

oh yes matey im going for sparco f300 sports i think. havent bought them yet !

i'm going to start a project folder. only got the car under a month ago needing alot of work. xenons didnt work, ive now fixed them. need brakes, coilovers and seats and wheel etc. also want roll cage. just need money !
