Removing abs rings from rear brakes

How can I get them off??? To fit on my new .
Can I heat them ?? I don't think this will help because I'm also heating the brake disc itself .

You're gonna have to heat them yes. Some people just hammer them off/on but my personal experience doing that always results in the ring cracking.

Heat them up and used a brass rod and hit it with a hammer is the easiest way to get them off, snap so f**king easy!
