Removing and refitting inlet manifold F4R

I'm going to be changing my plug leads next week and as the inlet manifold will be taken off i'll replace the gaskets. I just want to check if these are the correct items I need for a 172 Cup:

1 x Renault OE Manifold Seal - 8200052311
1 x Renault OE Inlet Manifold Gasket - 7700114203

Is there anything else that I need or should do whilst the inlet is off?

I did the dephaser solenoid seal too.

And wrapped some ptfe tape around the map sensor seal and air inlet temp seal, bit pikey I know but the sensors hadn’t failed they were just letting a bit of air through.

I had a new dephaser fitted last year so won't that have been done with it?

Also, this diagram shows 4 small gaskets. What are those and do they need doing?

Yep might as well. It shouldn’t add too much time onto the job and at least it’s something else renewed.
I think i'll leave the lower one for now. The car is running well so I don't think there's anything wrong with the lower gasket (if it ain't broke and all that). I had the upper manifold off a few weeks ago and asking the two gaskets to behave twice is risking it.

Wouldnt do lower inlet manifold gasket myself unless necessary. Have to disturb fuel line and injectors etc, potential for breakages.

You could probably get away with removing top half of plenum and reuse original gaskets. I removed and refitted mine several times without replacing.
