Removing bonded sprint spoiler

Right I've been debating this for ages now and it's coming off. The spoiler was on when I got the car and it's been bonded on. How the hell do I get it off? I've heard fishing line, plastic spatulas and the good old "rive it off" which is definitely not happening. HELP?

Lighter fluid if you type it in on google there's loads of methods choose which ever is best for you an ill buy the spoiler off you once removed
