removing door cards/handles

just phoned around for some prices on having my door handles colour coded, but they want a fortune to remove and refit them, can I do that myself ?

I presume there are clips and things holding it in place, will they still fit snug again afterwards ?

door cards are a bit of a c*nt to put back on and the clips break easy, just fiddily really!

did mine today... werent that tricky at all. i agree the clips do break easily though!

think the prob i had was keepin the speaker connected to try a quick job in the college car park! some di*k ripped mine off at traffic lights in a spot of road rage and wanted it done quick as it was a pain in the arse tryin to climb in the passenger side of the car in the garage! just hangs on the window sill i suppose and bolted on.
