Removing exterior window sticker

Hi all,

After getting my sound system installed I noticed an unwanted window sticker at the top of my rear window just under the spoiler, I was wondering if they are easy to remove and what to use to get it off without damaging anything.

Also if it doesn't come off/it leaves sticky marks, what should I do to get it off?

Get it hot with a hairdrier and it should peel off. You may have to remove some residue left behine with something like AG tar remover.

Thanks, I just did it a minute ago and used nail polish remover to get off the sticky stuff. Removed the 'Renault ELF' sticker from the inside too. :approve:

I know uv already done it but for future reference the easiest way is to heat it up with hairdryer and use a stanley blade. itll come off easy and leave no sticky stuff if u use the blade slowly.

It's the older version of the ELF sticker so I thought I'd have it off, just got a plain back window now with a cliosport sticker on it :rasp:

THE truth, first "mod" on both my clios was to remove it

Looks much better without the ELF sticker if you have a single sticker on yoru window like I do

I removed the elf sticker, although now my heated window chap doesnt work on the rows it covered, its all good, form over function

Mine still works, I got rid of the excess stickyness with nail polish remover.
