removing fuel rail and injectors?

do these just pull out of the lower inlet ive taken out the 2 bolts holding the rail in place and disconected all the injector plugs so the only thing holding it in is the injectors themselves. iv tried pulling them out but they dont want to come out. do i need to do something els?

Session down the gym should see them out

They will just pull out but if they have not been out in a while they will be stiff

LOL just keep trying, they will come out, probably with a pop and a jam of your hand against the slam panel lol

If you twist/wiggel the Injectors a little the rail should come off much easier
