Removing Headlamp washers

To follow on from a thread about leaking headlamp washers, does anyone know whats involved in actually removing these and the others parts such as pumps etc. and blanking them off i.e. cup style.

Basically they look cr@p and dont work very well. Really think it would improve the look of the front end.

Like others have said will cause problems come MOT time.

If thats the case then it kinda sucks. Not to mention that they suck to. Fair enough if you had wipers as well, but dont think the sprays on there own do much at all (other than wet the corner of my bumper at the min).

Oh well thats, that. Guess I am going back to the garage to have a word. Cheers lads.
