Removing interior mirror

As title says, i kinda need this off tonight as i want to paint it. Is there any specific way to get it off without damaging it.

Just use your hand to tap/hit it upwards towards the headlining and it'll slide off the mount thats fixed to the screen, tiz easy

o right lol, i wonder if it would be easier to take the whole thing off from the sticky stuff?
