Removing RS2 manifold

Right, I am in the process of removing my RS2 manifold however im stuck on the bottom left hand side bolt on the underside of the manifold. I have cut an allen key down and have managed to loosen it but I cannot for the life of me get it out!!

Can anyone give me advice on this?

No havent taken the bumper off

Its actually off now yay! I cut the allen key really small like 10mm and undone it from the top

You just cut the short side of it down even shorter, means the bend sits closer to the bolt head and doesn't hit the manifold.
