removing side parts from mk2 ph1 ( mirrors, side strips and door handles,

how do i remove these parts going to under go some painting attempted the side strips once before and had no luck whatso ever wouldnt know where to start with the other bits either lol help..

side strips rear parts just slide off with alot of force....front parts unscrew the little screw inside the door down the bottom area ...might be under a little cover thing then they also slide off easy as pie...

door handles fook me means taking off the door cards lots of mess then reaching inside the door and fiddiling alot.....hard to get them out easily...

wing mirror seasy open door pull of the plastic strip inside door at top left thenjust unsrew all the bolts you see around that area and off they come
