Removing standard seats??

Im trying to remove my standard seats in my mk1 rsi, the sides nearest the door have star keys but the inner ones have no bolt what so ever, well a bolt but nothing to unscrew with! How do i get them out!??

Also, their is a cable going to each seat to what looks like a gold chamber, what is this and how do i go about removing it?

you have to unscrew those bolts from bet bottom of your car.
they are near exhaust pipe..
