removing stone chips

  Audi S3 225

Only recently I’ve started to get loads of stone chips on the bonnet of my car and for some reason a few on my driver’s door just under the window! Not sure why or how but I need to know what the best method for removing them is? Should I take my car to a bodyshop and have them spray the panels or should I ring round and try and get a chips-away type company to remove them.

Which would do the best job; I want it looking like new again. Ive got a touch-up kit, but the colour doesn’t match very well plus I don’t trust doing it myself especially on my bonnet!

I’m based in the southeast in Kent. Anyone know any decent companies that operate in this area, near Dartford, Gravesend, Bluewater way.

Thx Allan

Depends on how many chips youve got. Best bet is to ring chips away, get a quote and then take it to a couple of bodyshops and see what they can do.
