removing the lower bumper grill???

this weekend ive decided to paint the front grills ,whats the best way of removing the lower grill any help would be appreciated

Bumper off and unclip from the back.

thought so.was hoping i didnt have to take the bumper of cheers anyway

yh i removed mine yesterday and sprayed them. check if you have a splitter fitted that you havent screwed into the bottom of the grill ( this is where i went wrong) just means you are faffing about putting the bumper on undscreweing etc
