Removing the rear interior plastics

  1.8 Civic EX
Ok so I've got an annoying rattle coming from the rear left seat somewhere. I've tried lifting the seats out moving them around/make sure they are clipped in propper etc and it's still happening. Thinking I need to remove the plastics "next to" the seats (where the speakers are).

Any guides tips etc before I go pulling it apart and start breaking clips! lol

Not sure if it matters much but it's only started since I helped the missus move which involved loading the car right up to the brim with stuff/boxes etc

Right il try and remember this in deatils on how to remove the rear cards..

- Remove the rear seats completly
- remove the bottom bolt that holds the seat belt in(bottom one its 17/19mm)
- Next go and remove the top part of the driver's seat belt,
the small handle you use to adjustthe belt just pulls off, and unclick the straight the pillar cover,
- lift the door card up then, and you will see that it just sits in some plastic groves, so removal is easy,

Thats it iirc

(cant remember if you have to remove the top bolt for the front seat belt, its been weeks since i last done it, but if so just unbolt it and keep the bolts safe)
