Removing Toad Alarm - how to do it?

Hey,

My new (to me) Mk2 Ph2 Clio has one of these bloody monstrosities fitted and it doesn't work properly - it went off in the middle of a tesco filling station, for example.

I appreciate they aren't meant to be easy to remove (hence all scrotes would just remove them before robbing your car) but I just want to have the standard system without any extra crap.

What's the easiest way to get rid/bypass/destroy it?

I had an auto electrician remove my old one as I was having problems, charged me 40 quid to do it, may be your best bet.
