removing wood fence paint off a car

the car i have just bought off my mate has f**king ronseal or somekind of wood fence paint speckled all down one side of the car, his dad thought it would be a good idea to spray the 4foot garden fence whilst the car is sat behind it

so how the hell do i get it off without taking the original paint work off?

or should i just go to b & q and buy a large tub of ronseal and finish the job off properly!

clay the car and then use the foaming bug/tar remover. used on a friend's car which had the same thing done to it. the neighbour did have a black eye. can't think why! lol
