Renault Alarm keys

I need to switch the Renault standard alarm off on my car. problem is i dont have the key that goes in the back of the siren. does anyone no if u can get keys specialy cut or by them from renault?

I was told if you want renault keys you have to send the originals to france, so if you havent got the key to start with, good luck
