renault dialogys problem on XP

cant seem to get it working... i click it and a blank window pops up with a java symbol in header bar..... the window always appears really small in the corner of my screen.... any ideas....

Hi Josh
What version of Dialogys are you trying to load?
Let me know.
There is a certain order in which you should load the programs required.
You should have a disc labeled V5,0 or something like that.
On this disc you will find a folder called soft or similar.
You need to install the Java runtime. Have you done this?

not sure.. theyre just labelled... set-up disc and disc 1 and disc 2...

Look in the set up disc route directory and look for a folder called soft.
Install the java runtime.
Re-boot the pc and then try it.
It sounds like you may have an older copy of DIALOGYS. Should still wwork though but some of the info will be out of date.
