Renault security window stickers?

Im referring to the white stickers in the front side windows.

Had a couple of clios now, neither time have I paid attention to them. What are they? They mention calling the number after owning the car for 2 weeks or more. But what actually is it for?

They are the perfect thing to remove, along with the elf from the rear window

I dont like stickers and got rid of them without even reading them
