Renault speaker connection...

As your all probably know i wrote my little Clio off a couple of months ago now...

Manged to selvage my headunit, and the door speakers - coulnd't be arsed getting the tweeters.

Anyway, my new car - Pug 206 has 5" speakers in the back, so im tempted to chuck them in there and get some 6" ones to fit front.

Anyway, i got the Pioneer component speakers, so they have Renault fittings - can i buy these, or is there an adapter i can use?

I assume i need to just chop the old plug off and fit a Renault one - but not sure!

if you mean the plug connecting the speaker wire (in the door panels etc.) to the speaker itself, then yep just changing the plug will work..

Where would i buy these?

Could i just use 2 spade connections to fit directly on the terminals within the speaker?

Just put some spades on or go to the scrappy and cut off yourself 4 plugs from a clio or a renault that has the same fitment.
