Anyone know a good renault specialist in Glasgow (or Scotland)?


Ive been having some problems with my cat cutting out and I really need to get it fixed as its doing my head in.

Dont want to be ripped off by dealer service department.

with your cat cutting out are your car cutting out - try coil pack, throttle body are possibly shorted out wiring loom going to the ECU

Ive replaced coils qithin last few months to correct a misfire - not sure how to check throttle body or wire loom though.

I also thought it could be lambda sensor - any idea how to checki this without buying a new one and swapping it out?

To be honest car has always been a bit dodgy with the cutting out since new.

Any ideas I'll give it a bash.

Its 1.2 16v D4F engine.
