are not that bright!!!

emailed em to findout if my valver is the last one registered and the emailed me back saying that is defo a 16v not an 8v!!!

so emailed em back and explainedagain and got a reply this morn saying as we still make clio 16vs they are still being registered!!!! i think they mean the 1.6 16v dont they?

think im gonna have to try again but put it simply to them so they understand!!!

how does this sound:

is my clio 1.8 16v the last one registered, it was registered on 28-06-1996, the reg no is N350 JKH and are there any other 1.8 16vs registered after that???

is that simple enough for em u reckon???

Have you tried the DVLA they may be more hlep.

This shows new levels of Renault incompetance the reply you got. How thy though you would be on about a new 16V is Mk2 Clio is beyond me.

what happens is that you send them a letter or email, and that gets re-directed to London zoo.

they admitted to binning my 3 page complain letter! Said theyd get back to me then never did, terrible.
