Are terrible! They didnt know what a 197 Cup was, initially refused to provide me with a quote because it wouldn't be valid by the time my car arrives, even though I had already explained that I was getting a quote this early to try and decide whether to take temporary cover on my existing car or not, they wouldn't offer me Protected NCB untill I insisted the quote had it, and then when I was put on hold so she could speak to an underwriter, I was cut off!
As I was typing this they have called back to ask what car I currently drive...
