replaced engine

Hi guys as above I replaced the engine in my 2002 172 clio have everything conected back up now I can't get her to start the is no spark or fuel the fuel will come up to the rail but won't spray outta injectors I have tryed a tdc sensor but still no difference any help would be great thanks

No injectors are fine there's no spark either
