Yes - myself and a neighbour redid mine at the weekend. It's a fiddly job, but not so bad if you have some basic tools, somewhere to have the door(s) fully wide open and ideally, another pair of hands.

Taking off the window seals is very easy - it's replacing them that's the difficult part. I had a part that came off a donor Mk2 Clio and while the passenger side went on OK, the driver's side has a couple of small ripples on the edge. Not ideal, but the seals were free.

Taking the doors cards off will break the butyl tape seal and if OEM (like mine were) - can take some force to separate having been in situ for over 20 years. The replacement tape is cheap enough from Amazon however.

I took both of my windows out and cleaned all the mud and debris off the leading edges of the glass that is hidden away. Cleaned up the glass and added a little WD spray when reinserting them. The up & down motion is much smoother on both sides of the car now.

I still have the door cards off at the minute as I'm going to clean up the inner sections of the doors a little, tape-up the cables for added protection and I've got some replacement clips for the door cards themselves arriving. None were damaged that I saw during removal, but again, they are very old and cheap to replace for new items.

I'd be intrigued if you buy the new items. I would like to know how they turn up and if they are delivered perfectly flat, having the metal bars in them.
