Reseting Sky+ Box...

Hi guys,

Totally forgot how! Was it power on while pressing back up?

Just turning it off, waiting a bit, turning back on resets it.. (as in, if it locks, plays silly buggers, does nothing etc..)

Hold the back up button as you power it back up - keep holding until all the lights come on.

There's a hard disk reformat reset too which curred all my "recording failed" issues.

unplug it from the mains and wait 30 secs

IIRC, there's another option in services/setup, then its not on the screen menu, its option "0", gets you into general housekeeping, this reset's everything on the hard disc
