Thanks pal:smile:,I will keep my thread updated,I have a few plans for the old girl yet:wink:.SJ.Welcome to the forum sj. Scoob looks fantastic and credit on getting the Clio up to scratch. Look forward to your updates.
Thanks mate:up:I will get some more pictures up of my Subaru as well that project is 99% finished now so will be able to concentrate more on my Baby Clio. Thanks to all for the very warm welcome .SJ.Welcome
Looking forward to seeing the Clio progress.
That Subaru is seriously nice!
Put it this way mate if things go according to plan it will have a wastegate and actuator on the engine end of this year beginning of next maybe sooner, and you know what essential part comes with those two:wink:.i will have to see how money is.SJ.Plans are going well. Interested to see where you end up with this
Thanks mate:up:,they were hard work but worth it in the end:smile:.SJ.Just read from start to finish. Cracking work so far, especially the headlights which look fantastic.
Your right buddy:up:it really smartens up the front of the car, plus I can see where I am going at night now:fearscream:😂.SJ.Great stuff, car is getting there nicely mate. And those headlights, what a difference.
Cheers buddy:up:,I do rate the brembo calipers but they are a bulky caliper and I am 100% sure that the body will need machining down on the shoulders to fit 15"inch wheels properly.SJ.Excellent start to the project buddy. I will be watching this, as for upgrading the brakes I went with the brembos from a megane 225, but I run 16" wheels but my friend who has a Renault 5GTT has done the brembos under 15 wheels, I am sure you can get different brackets to suit wheel size.
My wife said red also but then changed her mind as there is not much to match it with as I am going for black or silver wheels if I was going for red alloys that would be a different story.SJ.Red
That's the plan buddy:up:but I need to get at least one of the cars finished first as they are all at differing levels of completion but all three cars are built for track fast road:stig:,two are mine and my wife has her Subaru which Bob Rawle has to come down next month to map,I am from Surrey.SJ.Are you thinking of doing any track days soon mate? Not sure where you based but would be great to meet you
Will see mate..... I might just take your advice:up:.SJ.I think red with any wheels would look great against the black

She has her own one buddy.... LOL my Blue Blobeye is my baby,Wifey has a Black classic running full newage STI engine with AVCS heads and cams controlled by an Alcatek ecu,Brembo brakes uprated suspension and anti roll bars etc etc etc:smile:...He has a great reputation. And you let the wife have the Subaru, are you mad lol. Guess it keeps her sweet lol
