Hi there my reverse light switch has gone any1 knowbthe easiest way around it

Replace it is the easiest way.

Im no mechanic but i managed it after looking at a few threads on here. Just jacked the car up on the passenger side on a cold morning. Unplugged the electrical connector connector and plugged in the new switch to ensure the switch was at fault. Unscrewed the old switch on the gear box, screwed new one in, connect electrical connector, job done.

Just be prepared to lose a small amount of gearbox oil when you remove the old sensor... don't dilly-dally or else you'll lose a lot.
