Revmoving the "clio" badge......temporerrallllyyyy

f**k the spelling lol.


well my clio badges on the back are batterd to say the liest so im gunna grab myself a can of metallic silver spray paint lol

wanna make them look a little smarter. and also whilst im at it remove some of the grime underneath it.


1 - How do i remove the clio badges, safely ?

2 - The grime is rarther tough by the looks of things, how can i set about removing the grime without using somehitng like cillit bang. ???

3 - I want to do the same with the rat wheels, spray the steelies black this time, presuming filing the rust down and then using hammerite shiny black on it ...............will it be ok , obviously taking the wheels off first.

1.easiest to take off boot plastic and then push out the clips?
2.use a degreaser like muck-off could be ideal
3. hammerite will not rust/peel easily but will be obvious its been painted on with a brush

aye. i was going to use the spray paint as i may not drip as much lol.but im gunna spray some other stuff first to check it all out.

cant see muck off being powerfull enough. im sure rich mentioned meguirs speed detailer. bearing in mind ive actually scrubbed it with machinme cleaner and also tryed using opther produccts too.

might be easier to just sand them instead of cleaning them,clog up sand paper but will get it off a lot easier
