Rewiring Clio race/track car

Ok so basically I'm in the process of building a track/race car and need some pointers with regards to wiring. I am going to use a standalone ecu and want to get rid of the evil uch.

So where is the best place to start wiring and does anybody have any basic diagrams I can look at?

Hi lads I know this is an old thread now bit im also in need of wiring diagrams if your able to send them pal, when wiring in a standalone can you simply cut the wires needed for the standalone off the original ecu and pin them across?
